My Experiments With Truth-- M.K.Gandhi

M.K.Gandhi is one of the most coveted personality in Indian history, which befittingly earned him  the title of mahatma and was later named as the father of this great nation. Yet, even his life was not devoid of mistakes and controversies. This book written by the man himself gives us an insight of what he thought about his experiments and experiences in his life and what he learned from it.

"Practice before you preach". this is the policy that he advocated to all his followers. He believed that a person must be able to do a work before he or she asks somebody to do that. He preached everybody to speak the truth and standing by his preaching, the mahatma has confessed the mistakes he did in his life in this book and also has mentioned how he dealt with it. Probably this was the quality that made him mahatma.
